Who we are

This website is the responsibility of Charanga Hamburgueria, Rua de Angola 164, 4430-116 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What data we collect

This website has no forms or accounts and does not ask for personal data. We do not use cookies of our own, or advertising or statistics tools. If you contact us by email or phone, we use that data only to reply to you.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare hosts the website. To deliver and protect it, it logs technical data such as your IP address and browser, for a short time.
• Google Maps shows the map in the Location section. The map loads only when you reach that section and, from then on, Google may use cookies under the Google privacy policy.
• Instagram: the photos in the "Follow us" section come from our public posts, through the Behold service. Your browser downloads the images from the Behold servers.
• Glovo and Uber Eats: the delivery buttons take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, through the email above. You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
